All Organic, All the Time Tillie's is proud to announce that as of 11/09, we have been serving USDA certified organic, fair trade beans from CoffeeAM.com, roasted fresh daily in small batches, so your coffee is roasted right before it ships. Coffee AM has been featured in Yahoo! among the top sites to shop based on customer approval surveys. CoffeeAM.com is a certified Organic Coffee Handler and Processor by the Georgia Crop Improvement Association Organic Certification Program (GCIAOCP) and abides by the standards established by the National Organic Program. Anyone can sell certified organic coffee, but only Certified Organic Coffee Handlers and Processors can legally roast organic coffees. We are now making even more delicious drinks with our new bright red, three group-head La Marzocco espresso machine, which arrived from Florence, Italy in early December and has been wowing customers ever since.
